how to coat a few plastic foundations with a limited amount of bees wax on hand

i need to coat a few plastic foundations.. whats the easiest way  with a limited amount of bees wax on hand..

Heat wax in microwave and brush on with paint brush. Next time buy waxed coated plastic.

thank you.. i bought one of those shamrock mating quad nucs and they recommend to coat the frames..

 IMO If I was going to raise a few Queens 1-100 why not look in to a full frame system ???
