Considering the fact that bees won't poop in the hive and the queen stays in the hive. (can you see where this is going?)
Where does the queen poop? Does she poop? Maybe she doesn't due the egg production.
Why do I think of these things?

Good question. I never see any behavior in my OB hive to be able to answer this question.

Yes, the queen poops. Her attendents consume it.

> (can you see where this is going?)

Yes.

>Where does the queen poop?

Anywhere she wants.

> Does she poop?

Yes, but most bee poop is from the nurse bees that are consuming pollen and they have a lot more solid waste.  The queen is being fed royal jelly all the time and that is much more refined and very few solids, so she doesn't poop much.

> Maybe she doesn't due the egg production.

?  what does that have to do with her digestive system?  She lays several times her weight in eggs a day, so she eats a LOT.

>Why do I think of these things?

I have no idea... curiosity?
