What will the likely out come be if drones from my aggressive colony mate with my new queens from the gentle strand they are from. Are these off spring going to be gentle, aggressive, or in between? Or can it be said. I don't know what the wild population is in my area now. The closest beekeeper is about 10 miles from me and these are the only two colonies I have.  Smiley d2

In my experience typically under those circumstances they are gentle, but they may not be.  The odds increase if you start with gentle stock and breed it rather than starting with ungentle stock and breeding that.
