If the bees are bringing in pollen does that mean that there is also plenty of nectar to be had?

Not necessarily, many plants need warm temperatures to release necktar, pollen is not temperature sensitive.

Thanks....had a freeze and frost here last night but bees are foraging and bringing in some pollen...Sun is shining and warming up so maybe some nectar to be had.

My OB hive is bringing in pollen and using the capped honey that is in the supers. There is none in the brood frame.
