Just joined this site, and I actually found the Facebook page first.  I live near Placerville, CA, and after years of deliberation, I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first package of bees about a month ago.  So far, they are doing well.  :)  I am looking forward to learning from you all, and to someday having enough knowledge on the subject to maybe help someone else!
