Gday
I know where i can get a heap of used cotton seed oil. Does anyone know if this could be mixed with parrafin wax for dipping bee boxes?

Why not use microcrystaline wax, 1/3 micro and 2/3 parrafin?
Will the cottonseed bleed back out in hot weather?
Microcrystaline is cheaper through candle supplies rather than bee supplies.

Sorry it was meant to read microcrystaline wax. Normally i would add boiled linseed oil to it. just wondering if cotton seed oil could be used instead.

Any kind of liquid oil is going to make it thinner and, on a hot day, "wetter".  I would not add oil to it.  I would add gum rosin to it.
