I remember that one.  I've never tried smoking them.  I've smoked a lot of bees though... the hard part is getting them to stay on the paper while you roll it...

Spam is very popular here in Hawaii.  In fact, residents of Hawaii consume the most spam per capita of all 50 states.  Heck, it's even on the breakfast menu at McDonalds here.  Spam is a local favorite!  And yes, I love it too.  ;)

 I still fry myself some spam every now and then, white bread and mayonnaise. My granddaddy had what he called his "cleaning cage" he put the possums in and fed them table scraps. Granny usually baked them and too greasy for me. The tins of sardines in oil were a staple as long as my Daddy was alive.
