I've recently had a mouse infestation in my shed. There were mouses living inside unused beeboxs, and they have pooped a lot on a number of bottom boards and bee box lids.

I need to clean the boxs and make them hygienic for bees to live in, though I know that bees are sensitive to chemicals, and I'm unsure what cleaning agents I could use that would be safe.

What could I use to clean the bee boxs that would be safe for the bees?

Do bees contract Salmonella or E.coli? Two main bacteria carried by mice.
What you use will determine how long after treatment you want to use them.
If you use a chlorine based bleach or sanitiser the chlorine will vaporise after a short time. Like loss of Chlorine from your pool.
