Apparently, I have nothing better to do.

After a few trial runs, 2.0 is here.
Added another axel brace, welded the braces on so I could shorten the legs up and not rub the tires on the bolt heads, re-worked the attachment with some new brackets and quick pins.

Just need a way to lift it or lock it in the up position.

Just do it

You can also add springs to push it down.

I was gonna grab another set of the short 90s next time I?m at lowes and mount them behind the ones that it?s attached to the mower with. Then I can lift it up and put a pin in the second hole on the arm and it will hold it sticking out the back under the trailer hitch.

I was looking at that yesterday. That second hole will line up with a second mounting bracket and it will stick straight out the back.

I had tried some of that ?hammered finish? spray paint, but it just looked Crome when the sun was really hitting it.

I had also tried that as version 1.5

So does it do a good job of leveling the stone?

If anyone packs into the back country, they will understand what I?m doing. Everyone else that doesn?t get it will just be amazed how nimble and agile I am.

This doesn?t really fit into gardening, but it does fit into the thread title of not having enough to do.

Perhaps it could have gone in the, what did you do in your bee yard today, thread.

I come from under the hill, and under the hills and over the hills my paths led.  And through the air, I am she that walks unseen.

Can your u show us a little more about the attachment?  Is this something you made or bought?  I like how quick it is to remove the rifle. Even faster than taking it off your shoulder with the sling.

Here ya go. I don?t have a close up of the gun boot, but it?s a Badlands branded boot.

Last year we made an adjustable attachment point to allow it to be pulled in tight or hang a little lower/forward. I found the position I like and locked it in with the newer fixed length. You can still get a little adjustment by putting it higher or lower on the pack webbing if needed.
These are the original ones with the adjustment.

That's for the gymnastics.  I'm one of those people who doesn't pack into the back country.  :cheesy:
I did feel like I stuck the landing.

Thanks, looks very doable. I have a bunch of parachute release buckles I will probably use.

If a 9 year old can do it. . .

I got an oversized mouse pad at Staples or Office Depot for the neoprene shoulder grip/pad. Just cut it into long strips. I think it was about 14 inches wide or so.

Jim,
I was digging around out in the building a while ago looking for a battery tender I stashed somewhere. I ran across the rest of that mouse pad. I can cut you a strip or two and drop it in the mail if you want.

30,
Thanks but I have lots of material like that around here. My son is in a wheelchair and the old wheelchair seats are made of it and I also have old mouse pads.
Thanks
