With regards to Vitamin C in protein feeds, which is most pereferable? Readily available here are sodium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, and ascorbic acid. Also, in what ration have you been using them in your feed? The link to the site where the guy was talking about feeding his bees vitamin C in his protein feed doesn't seem to be active anymore.

I have not seen amounts how to give ascobin acid / C-vitamin to bees. Human need is 50 mg/day.

When I have made 6 pound dose of patty, I have put there crushed multivitamin pill and 50 mg C-vitamin. I do not know is it right but hiveas are alive.

That dose is devided for hives into 6 parts and for 7 days, actually.   Bees weight is about  6 pound.

But I cannot se idea to give tea spoon ascorbic acid like some does.
