Here is a shot of my nephew Alex on the left and likes2grill (Dan) on the right. They helped load and unload the hives.  We started after 1am saturday morning and finished unloading and heading home by 9:30am. Around 150 miles one way.

Here we set them up so it will be easy to change pallets out to the migratory pallets that i made.  Will be much easier and faster unload and loading.

Here is a full tree of oranges that will be picked this week.

We cheked the trees before we pulled the nets and unloaded the hives and seen no bees in the area.  This grove is isolated from other groves.  About a hour after setting them all up there was'nt a tree in 6 row's that was'nt covered in bee's.

Here is a shot of the hives and me. :)

austin

Dan you the man!! Camo PJs? or pretending to be a tree? Best bee suit I have seen! You must be picking up tips from 007, 2 steps into the bushes and you are invisible.

aint bad at all, the man is starting his second season beekeeping and already pollinating, want be long he will own 2 semi trucks and going to California then to Washington them maybe Maine, just a big round trip, I can see it now, Ole Dallas 1500 hive's, 2 semi trucks each truck with about 480 hives each going places, the remainder hives will be the home supply for Florida pollinating and queen rearing (austin tending them)..... sounds like a plan ha????

How long would you wait before putting supers on?  Did you put any on before you left?  Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I put another deep box on most of them with just foundation. The others need to build up a little more before I put another box on them.  I am not sure how long before i can put more supers on, but it shouldn't be long because more trees are starting to bloom everyday.
I am going back down on wed. with another load and will check things out then. I will also carry extra boxes to put on if needed.  I will update this post then.
Thanks for looking. :)
