I grabbed a handful with the queen and dropped them in, but she immediately flew back up to the cart, so I caught her again and caged her, put her in the box and the rest was history.

Glad you like them Cindi, and Annette, I do at some point lift the basket up and slam it down to dislodge the remaining bees, after I get the queen. After I get them off the cart, I wheel it way out of the way so the bees don't get distracted.

The reason I said this is because, everytime I try and guess how JP gets the bees, I am always wrong. I say "OH I know what you did, you brushed them into the box, He says" No I slammed the table down.

He is very rough with the bees and I guess that is what you have to do to get them all.

I am learning a lot from JP (especially to have fun!!)
