My hive swarmed got some back. Seen some queen cell's how long do I wait to look to see if the queen has hatched?

I'd check back in 10 to 14 days. You want to give her time to hatch and mate, then start laying.
The first time you check it if you don't see the queen or eggs and brood, don't fret, close it up and check back in 7 days. You should see some brood by then. If not it is time to take other steps.

I would give them a good 2 weeks to let them settle in.  If you see an empty queen cell at that time but no brood give them another 2 weeks.  I also would give them as much feed as they will take.  Good luck!
