Which parts of my extractor must be lubricated?

I purchased a used 6 frame Dadant radial motorized extractor and lubed only where the base of the vertical shaft meets the bottom of the inside of the extractor.  Did I miss some other key places that need lubrication?

Is there a gear box at the top?  Do you have a picture?
