creamy honey

my first year to remove honey from my hive.  half of the honey was light colored and clear while the last 8 pints look like they were whipped.  Will this settle out.  Will cooking it clear it up.  it all came from the same super.

It may be air in it, or it may be crystallizing.  If it settles out in the next few days it was probably air.

I'd guess it is starting to crystalize.  If the looks don't bother you, eat it that way, it is raw and just as good.  Keep it in the freezer to keep it from getting solid if you don't want creamed honey.

Otherwise, don't cook it, but gently heat it no higher than 120F.

If it is soft and creamy it is worth more money from what I can see with the prices in the stores. Leave it like that.
