quick question about feeding bees

Two quick questions.   What type of sugar can I use when feeding my bees.  cane,  powdered, beet, corn????

Second question.  Can I water down pure maple syrup and use that.  I know that it is sucrose and possibly easier to digest.   
We make our own on the farm and have a large supply so cost is not a factor.

See above link.  Anything but clean white sugar will have too many solids and not be good for the bees.  This includes things like maple syrup and molasses.
We make our own on the farm and have a large supply so cost is not a factor.
