I'm fairly new to beekeeping, although been thinking about doing it & reading material on the subject for the last 5 or so years. Started by going to the NC Bee School, about a year ago. Then, I started my bee yard with two hives, they wintered well, so now I have increased to 6. I have a mentor who's been keeping bees since he was 13. Now he's 75! He's been a huge help. Glad to have found this forum & look forward to interact with it's members.
