Ok I have hived my 2 Italian Package bees. Now I have a small "clump" of then that will not leave the box. I have to box set in front of the hive right now. What do i do?

And Now we are going to have a thunderstorm w/in the next 4 or so hours. Will this hurt them?

Wait until tomorrow afternoon and see if the problem corrects it. I'm betting it does.

I like to cut open the screen on the front of the box - EZ to shake out.

Give the package a good smack on the ground to knock them loose, shake em in. You want to get as many out as possible so that the remainder leave the package, you do not want them to cluster up in the box.

I had about 100 bees left in the package, propped it up a foot in front of the hive.  Next day, they're still there, so gave it a whack and dumped them in.

Oh, wait a minute.  Just do what OldEnglish said :-)
Some days you just want to line them all up and start asking questions.
