Falling tree just nearly took out 1/2 the apiary! (lots o'pix)

Oh Dane, what a close call, I am grateful that all is well (well, reasonably, you do have extra work now with the fence).  Wind is terrifying.  I think that the day that your tree blew down, we had a tree blow down in our ravine.  I haven't gone to look, but I heard it do that "whump" sound, it was a big one.  I felt grateful that the kids were not playing in the ravine. 

BTW, I love how you have your hives set up so orderly, as Annette commented.  In one of the pictures the order resembles an arc, beautiful.  Thanks for sharing us into your part of this world.  Have that awesomely wonderful and great day, life and health.  Cindi
