Natasha, welcome to our forum, great that you have found us.  Yes, this world of the honeybee is an extremely fascinating one, and you will find out, that the more you understand how the bees work, the more you will want to know.  We love new members.  This will be a place where you can learn, tell your stories, tales and experiences and make some new friends, stick around.  Your family will benefit from all that you glean, imparting your knowledge to them.  Have that most wonderful and awesome day, to love and live our great lives, health.  Cindi

Hello and Welcome!

As others have said, this is a good forum to learn more about bees and beekeeping. And be sure to check out the Backyard Beekeeping Course on the main Beemaster page. A few recommendations:
1) update your profile with your location. We won't remember that you're in MN, and as 'the kid' noted, beekeeping is different in MN than down south.
2) Check out the 'search' function. Very often you can find immediate answers to questions in previous discussions.
3) Get involved with a local beekeeping club. Clubs are great places to find mentors, learn all the 'local' aspects of beekeeping, and get connected with nearby beeks.

Good Luck!

Natasha,

Welcome to the group.   I see that you are already involved with asking questions.  There is so much to learn and it will never end.  This a great bunch of folks to learn from.  I hope that your bee keeping experience is great and that you have a good online experience here at Beemaster.com.
