Crush and strain or Extract?

I did my first harvest this morning and it was crush and strain and it was finger lickin gooooood.  I hated to smash all that work with my potato masher :'( but then again the ladies that redo all that comb will surely bee different gals than did it in the first place.  :)  Now I think I will go make a candle or soap or mabee a chapstick sorta thingy.   ;)
