Honey origin labeling

Has anything ever come about with honey having to be labeled with its country of origin.  Just wondering. 

Also how about packers not having to report contaminated honey to the FDA, but just turning the supplier away to only slip through the cracks somewhere else.  Any changes happen with screwed up process or lack of.
