I grabbed some stuff from the Honey board Website, and I found some good articles from various universities.  I haven't found a great Top 10 Honey Bee questions document (really want a top 20 or so) and maybe a Facts About Bees being a seperate document from Facts About Honey.

The Tulsa state fair is alway large, with huge attendance.  We have an opportunity to shed a good light on beekeeping. Last year, our booth generated enough interest that we had 30+ people sign up for our fall and spring beekeeping classes.

Share what you have, or send me links to the good stuff - I could sure use the help as there is no sense in wasting time re-creating what is bound to already exist.

thanks in advance

Dane,
There are a couple pages on the national honey bee day website that may be of use to you. One page in particular is called "help the bees". It is focused on non-beekeepers, to which most of your audience will be.

There is another called "getting started" that may help.

Check them out and print them out if you want. That is what they are for.
