Hi. My name is Mark Berninghausen. I'm from Brasher Falls, NY. Which is right up next to the Canadian Border, across the river from Ontario. I have about 500 colonies, currently in SC. I hope to go home in the spring w/ 800 plus. I produce, package and distribute honey to stores all over the northern Adirondacks, the Champlain Valley and the St. Lawrence Valley. My business is called Squeak Creek Apiaries. Honey production and sales is my primary income source, but I do provide pollination service for 4 orchards near Peru, NY and I also sell nucs.
What more can I tell you?

Sorry, is this about "advertising" or "location"? I thought that location refered to place of birth. I wasn't awake when i filled in that info.

Thanks for the welcome. As soon as I get used to how things work on this forum I will participate more. I'm currently also on beesource and beekeepingforums and they both are set up somewhat differently from beemaster.

Yes there are,  I'm down in the Catskill Mountains near the Ashokan Reservoir.

Welcome to the forum,  always nice to have new folks with experience to share.

Shoot, your just a stones throw from Potsdam.  I'm a Clarkson Alum and usually get up there in the Fall recruiting when the economy is good.

Mark, a little late with the welcome, but welcome to our forum, it is wonderful you found us.  You are a very busy person keeping as many colonies as you do have, bet you may have lots of tales and experiences to tell us in your own due time, we love to listen.  Stick around, we love new members.  Have that most wonderful day, awesome health.  Cindi
