Safflower

Hi  everyone,
Last year I inquired about Safflowers.
I did get a reply.but forgot what it said.
Can you folks tell me what kind of bee pasture safflowers make. I have heard it said that is good for both pollen and nactar.
Anyone with lots of eperience?
