Potential new varroa control ???

In the new ABJ  Bayer corp. talks about a varroa control that is static electricity based that attaches itself to the bees and thus requires less of a treatment to kill the mites i hope they find a  better solution for the better  ;)

could we just place a scrap piece of carpet on the landing board for them to scoot their little feet on  :-D :-D
those hot bees will have you steppin and a fetchin like your heads on fire and your keister is a catchin!!!

this stuff has been available in the UK for a while and is not received well from beekeepers
bayer bought them-wonder if they want the rights for bees or if they have other direction for this technology-
