I'm sure in Australia it's called something like "Stickykooklawidgitsholdmyskivviesup" tape.  :-D

Some Aussies call it gaffer tape.      There is a joke about a roll of gaffer tape and a chook, but I won't go there.

Duct tape was originally used to hold together HVAC ducts...Duck tape is what you use to keep them in a row :-D
