New member from Billerica saying hello. First year beek, started with a pair of 8 frame, medium nucs from a local source, Carni queens.  Both are doing well so far this winter with strong cleansing flight populations over the new year weekend when we enjoyed a 60 degree day.  Scale hive is reading 104#'s and hasn't moved much in the last four or five days.

Looking forward to 2011.  20 boxes and 200 frames coming shortly to help make room for the three nucs on order (and fingers crossed for an increase split).
