This was a nice little removal job in Edgewater, FL. The bees were pretty mean to Peggy and nailed her a few times before she could suit up but they were as gentle as lambs with me. We're guessing they didn't like Peggy's shampoo??

Nice job Scott and Peggy.

One question for Michael Angelo. Was that the cistern chapel?  :-D

I will be interesting to see how the job is repaired.

Thx,

Like others have mentioned, a good learning video for sure.
Why the chisel opposed to say a angle grinder with diamond blade?

Cause Michael Angelo didn't have an angle grinder  :-D.  Nah he probably didn't want to use a sledge hammer to kill a fly.

Great job there Scott and Peg.

Thanks for the feedback ya'll! montauk, That WAS an angle grinder I was using! I like the smaller diamond blade to make the initial cut (which doesn't cut all the way through) and then finish it off with a chisel or just a quick hammer blow. If you cut all the way through the block it dusts out the comb and kills the open brood.

You cut those blocks with such restraint and precision! I think I'd have been tempted to tear down a much larger area.

I also loved Peggy singing "Like a Surgeon!" Funny.

Thanks, you two.
