I know I say River Ridge on the video but its really Harahan. The two towns are so close together sometimes I forget where I am.  :-D

Tight quarters on this one. Thank God the bees were super gentle!

Been there, done that. Don't want return tickets.

Tough one, JP. I'll leave those for you younger chaps these days. Good job, tho. Glad you found her. She too many times finds a back door on those kind of removals.

Hey JP,
Nice removal.  The last couple videos my wife and I have watched you have mentioned feeding the drone brood to the chickens.  She wanted me to ask if you would be willing to post a short video of the chickens eating the drone brood.  It is a fascinating idea to her.  I think she also wishes that I had a bunch of drone brood in my hives so that she could make me feed it to our chickens.  Anyway, keep up the good work.

Good one Bro! Talk about an awkward position to get into!

Golly, thanks again for the free lessons. Love how you explained your thinking searching for the queen.

Will Watch this later on. Too busy right now.

I enjoyed the video. When you have to vaccum some of the bees up, I assume that  it kills them. Is that correct?

Larry, JP uses a bee vac (as do many of us) that sucks them gently into a cage.

Thanks Scott. I would have used my wife's Red Devil.  :-D

That was a good one JP. I also liked how you explained your reasoning on leaving the brood combs hoping she would go onto the comb. That was a good lesson and I will share this video with the other beekeepers in my area.

You are so calm and peaceful and it always makes me smile JP

Thanks
