Hi All

Where can i get an electric motor and gear assembly for a 12 frame hand crank extractor.

I've been told i can build one but it all sounds to hard for me...

A lot will depend on the design and what you are able to modify for the assembly to work. Is it a unit that is home made or a extractor that is commercially made that has a conversion already available ?

hi there

its a quality commercial made extractor .... i can get a conversion kit?

If you are handy at fabrication there are many options. If not the ones that are made to fit your unit will be pricey but usually have vary speed and constant torque at all speeds for smooth operation.

A treadmill motor should work. They are variable speed and should be cheap.

Look on google images and other www sites for an idea of the set up. Most extractors seem to be able to accept a motor providing the frame is sturdy enough.
