We noticed that bees are taking some small larvae out of hive. What caused that problems? Do anybody have similar problems? It is just one hive the rest are ok.

I have seen bees removing dead larvae/pupae also. Not a lot. The hive seems healthy. When there are thousands of individuals (regardless of species or stage of development), there are going to be some deaths at any given time. If they are removing LOTS of dead larvae, then you may have a problem.

Cold snap or any number of problems could have caused the larvae to die.   Bees are just cleaning house and taking out the trash.

they could also be acting hygenic and removing varroa infected larvae
Just a beek trying to get ready for winter.

Collect a few of them and take a look under a magnifying glass, might find some varroa babies, they may be milky to clear looking.
those hot bees will have you steppin and a fetchin like your heads on fire and your keister is a catchin!!!

Bees will be bees and do as they please!
