honey/pollen

I peeked into my hives last weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of honey. Frame after frame of capped and uncapped honey.However,scattered all in this honey is pollen. Big patches, little patches, all over. What do you do with that when you extract the honey? Is this normal? It's not just one or two hives, it's like that in every hive. Will the pollen remain in the frames through the extraction? Or do you just strain most of it out?

Bees store pollen near brood, but if they have not  room enough, they store it into honey frame.
But in extracting pollen stays incombs.

Give to colonies more brood room and they storepollen there.
Pollen is valuable to bees.

When you extract, IF there is pollen in the honey, put the pollen frames opposite each other.  The pollen won't come out.  But it should mostly be in the brood nest.
