Better to drink one day "boiled lemon with honey" than whole life cold tea.

Yes C-vitamin. When you boil it is destroyes.

Eskimoes eat fresh flesh. So they get C-vitamin from animals. White people heat the flesh and they get lack of C-vitamin.

i'm sorry for expressing myself so ackwardly. by saying "medicine" i ment, like in case of cold or something like that. so, if you wanna get rid of a nasty cold, it might be better to eat a spoon of honey and drink tea later on, than to mix it, while the tea is hot.
i never said i trust only the honey, there's also propolis, wax....
hehe

we have almost the same, actually it's an answer: the soil will reliefe it.

Here in the south, the vitamine C is destroyed when the cold wind came from your northern countries

Everybody seems to be discounting the effect of chemical reactions: ingredients combined cold act one way but when combined under heat they react differently, which is why hot honey and lemon juice works better than cold honey and lemon juice.

With chemical reacts you can take 2 items that might be considered poisonous by themselves and create something that is too often over consumed--like salt.
Life is a school.  What have you learned?   :brian:      The greatest danger to our society is apathy, vote in every election!
