Drying out honey.

Could you guys and gals throw out some methods. Is it even nessesary. I extracted 20 gal last night all of it was 90% capped and all 19.4% moisture content.
I'm not in a hurry I just want to provide a good product.

I use a decently sealed room, a bunch of 4 inch deep commercial cooking pans on a shelf  and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier works so good I have actually dried honey spills almost all the way before. Just check them every day till they are the moisture content you want them.

Hey millipede, thanks for answering. I should have done some digging in old posts. It's all about air RH, temperature, air circulation and honey to air contact. I appreciate your time, my bad for not looking.
