What are the main flows?(especially southern states)

On an average year, what do you consider to be the main honey flows? Also what season? And generally when do they start? Right now my pear trees have bloomed, apple trees are getting in high gear. My blackberry bushes are starting to green up and the white clover is growing fast. At least spring is here. Thanks all.

When I was in Gulfport, Ms. the Gallberry was the main flow.

Gallberry, privy hedge, Sumac, crimson clover, white clover, Chinese tallow and rag weed are a few of nectar flows.  If you have a good many Chinese tallow (popcorn trees) you can get a good bit of honey from them.  We usually get two extractions, one around first of May and one in July.  What they make the rest of the year is for winter for the bees.

Maple is an early flow. Poison ivy is a good flow.

We are further east of you but ours is Maple, some clovers, Black Gum, GALLBERRY, and Palmetto, then Cabbage Palm followed up by some Golden Rod and Aster in the fall. That is pretty much in order starting with the Maples for Northeast Florida. Gallberry is by far the biggest most dependable flow we get. If we get some rain in the spring we can get a decent flow from the Clovers in certain places.
