Top Bar Hive swarmed

Today my TBH swarmed....a big swarm...the air was full of bees for awhile but have settled on a limb way up in the tree. I had called my neighbor to see if he wanted to bring up a hive body or have me set out a swarm trap but he was going to do that and see if he could catch one from his own hive.  Too late now...

I took a photo of the window on the TBH a few days ago and it was packed with bees.  I am populating the woodlands with free natural bees.  Will post video of them swarming in a few days.

Bummer, Your post doesn't make you out to be that upset and now I guess you have good pictures and a good story to tell.

I don't want or need anymore hives so am glad to help the population in the area. Neighbor didn't need them...nope dont feel bad at all...love watching them.  Nice big swarm up in the tree...just waiting for them to find a nice home.

Dang, just my luck, wrong place at the wrong time.  I have two hives and am going to try and fill them with swarms by trapping.  If I am unsuccessful this year, I am going to order early next year and fill my hives the traditional way.  Having a good time either way.
