Swarm lure, lemon grass vs queen manibular pheromone

Hi,

What is better as lure, lemon grass or queen manibular pheromone (queens in rubber alcohol)  ?? Can I use all in same trap?

I use both. I dip one end of a q tip in the alcohol and the other end in LGO then I seal it in a small plastic baggy.

I use strictly lemon grass essence oil.
I tried the pheromone scent last year and nothing would mess with it.
I replaced it with Lemon Grass Oil and the trap would catch.
I caught 63 swarms last year.

 Capt..I see you have the peat pot trap and have luck. Most I hear don't like them. And I hear mixed reviews about putting the q-tip in a plastic bag. I have 11 traps out with LMGO and no luck yet. First year I have tried...

I've had 6 swarm traps out for the last two years with no luck. I used LGO, Q pheromone, and rubbed some comb on it. This year I've had 15 to 17 swarms that I know of. I caught about 15 of them. It could be that most of them are too close to my yard - would that be an issue? Close as in 50 to 2-3 hundred yards.
