cloudy honey

So I did a removal last week, saved most of the colony and raided the honey comb. I used the crush and strain method to harvest the honey. The honey tastes fantastic, but it is a brown semi opaque color. Not sure if my first foray into this is a flop or if I did something wrong lol. I have noticed in the 3 days it has been sitting that the air bubbles are collecting at the top of the jars but the overall color has not changed. My hives have foundation and I will be using an extractor in the future, when I started this (crush and strain) I read in a few places and thought I had it figured out. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Honey has many different colors. Depends what the source was. I don't see anything in your post to be alarmed about. d2

real honey has bits of stuff in it.  the honey from the store is pasteurized and micro-filtered so that there are no bits in it.  you want the bits.  that's the good stuff  ;-)
