When starting a nuc with eggs, brood and bees, how long before bees start making a queen?

The queen cells will be visible in 24 to 48 hours. Capped in 5 to 6 days.

thanks for your reply. So I have a new queen, should I put her cage in nuc immediately, or wait a certain amount of time so they accept her better after noticing they are not with the old queen anymore.
