I heard from a website that varroa population in half a hear increases 12 folds and in a year time 500 fold, but how much i could decrease its population in breaking varroa brood cycle by requeening?

Here's a PDF on the method that I use for brood breaks after the summer solstice. It's not a complete mite control system because there's so many factors involved, but it does help disrupt the breeding cycle of them.

More or less, it's notching the cells on an a frame(s) that contains properly aged larvae for the colony to raise queen cells after the queen has been removed from the hive. Sorry, should've provided a link to the whole site.
