Has anyone used Api Care and if so would you recommend it?

Are you talking about Apicare the skin cream or a bee supplement?

Most bee supplements are a waste of money. If you have no natural food for your bees or you have so many bees, thousands of hives, in one location that they cannot get enough food, then you may need
supplements.

I used Pro Health from Mann Lake.......at only HALF strength, it killed 300 bees a day found dead in feeder.
Let them do what they have been doing for Millions of years, if they need good in winter, give them dry sugar.
Bought my first NUC April 7, 2016.
