You may want to check out the "follow the bloom" thread. If enough people are posting you can see it moving this way. Pretty neat, watching the blooms move north first in the spring then south in the fall.

WE have been very wet this spring and summer.  Everything seems to be a little early.  I am on about the same zone as fishnut.  Today goldenrod is blooming.

Fishing Nut....Im south of ya, more middle Ga.  My whole life the old timers always said 6 weeks before frost.  Any ya know, its generally dead on.  This year however, will be intetesting to see.  Everything seems to be a month or so early.  Seems some things mature off of time and others mature from shorter days, cooler nights.  Not sure what triggers golden rod and ragweed.  We shall see.....

Thank y'all for the replies. The bees seem a little bored here lately. Something needs to happen 🤔

You are about two hours north of me. Golden rod ususally blooms around the first of September for us.

It's blooming around the fields in Gettysburg now.
