There is a discussion on the other forum about SBB so I thought I would show what I do to make a very simple SBB.
The front is blocked off with a board underneath the plywood. In the back I just use a loose 2x4 butted up against the stand. Remove it to take the tray out. Obviously the base that this sits on must be solid. It could be some more plywood or a 2ftx2ft patio block. These are simple and easy to make with a table saw.

I bought a commercial one and I don't like it because to me it is flimsy.  It also sets the tray too close to the screen.  Mites can jump back in.
