A few years ago, JP the Beeman endorsed this particular custom made bee suit. I ordered one and really liked it.  I forgot the contact info of the suit maker and I wonder if anyone has that information. I?d like to get a jacket made. Thanks.

magnet-man made them, then he passed away. His family made them after he died, but I don't know if they still do or not. You may find their contact info under his old posts.

Beezneedz  has the equivalent ventilated suit for about 120.00

Are you speaking of the Ultra Breeze. If so yes the family sold the company and the company is still in business. I have had mine about 6 years I think?

Don't let a dog ride in the back seat off a pickup even if the Ultra Breeze is in a sack.  My dog tore some holes in one arm and a leg.  Any suggestions on patching.

The company is suppose to have path kits. I burnt a hole in one arm and contacted them about a path kit. I never heard a peep out of them?

From their site:
Smokers are hot ? keep them away from your Ultra Breeze? to avoid damaging it (the fabric may melt). If you damage your suit or jacket, email us at [email protected] to request a fabric swatch that can be used for repairs.

YES! That?s the company.  Golden Bee.  Head piece fits like a firm helmet and  is unique because it doesn?t flop around annoyingly like every other suit I?ve worn.  Thanks!

I like the idea of a hood that moves with you. I did not know there was one made. A good idea by magnet man. I have a mann lake breeze jacket that I bought when I first started. They are nice but if no wind they are still hot. It just gets hot in the summer in my area. But still much better than the old cotton type. Unless you have a set up like mine. A pop up canopy and fan. The canopy keeps the direct sunlight off of you and the fan flows that breeze right through the jacket. lol. I promised Mr Van Pictures the next time I rolled it out. So far I haven't needed it except for the time of experiment.

I have been around bees a long time, since birth.  I am a hobbyist so my answers often reflect this fact.  I concentrate on genetics, raise my own queens by wet graft, nicot, with natural or II breeding.  I do not sell queens, I will give queens  for free but no shipping.
