I think this would be the right section here for this.

I was recently asked about the Maxant 1700 uncapper.  I am a Cowen guy, so I have zero experience with this machine and regretfully did not have any comments to offer the person.  So now I am curious.  Is there any experience here at BM with this particular machine that you would like to share?   Pros - Cons, common troubles and fixes or tricks. 

When the lid goes back on, the bees will spend the next 3 days undoing most of what the beekeeper just did to them.
