How to get a picture posted by Al's method

First off you need a website picture storage area be it your own web page or one of the listed below free sites.
Sony's image station   imagestation.com
This is a good site and the pictures from that site seem to work best at posting here.

Photo bucket.  photobucket.com
uploading pictures here is a simple matter and they do get resized automaticly there to some extent. Seems to be about the second best place for pictures for this site.

The last site I know of that is free is web shots. webshots.com

The pictures from that site seem to be the most troublesome when posted here. Not sure of the reasons, it just is LOL.

Now you have your pictures on some internet site to post here.
Type in the brackets & img Your picture should apper after submitting the post.
