The Eriobotrya japonica is blooming now. The exotic fragance, like cinnamon or something similar, is calling to the bees.

Ah, loquats, related to apples, actually.  The Wikipedia page is pretty interesting on this small evergreen tree.  And that bee certainly looks like she's enjoying the blossoms!
