That is just ridicules! It probably won’t hold up in court, but who knows. Probably done for the publicity.

I have a tee shirt I got two years ago in North Carolina I think it's from the beekeeping group there that has that slogan on it.  I think the slogan has been around a while.

A search on Google returns 904 hits and most are selling shirts, greeting cards etc. with that slogan on them.

If you read the "odd news" in that newspaper:

"Pants-dropping, coin-flipping incidents cost Virginia judge his job
David Grace / Associated Press
Judge James Michael Shull was removed from the bench after incidents such as deciding a custody dispute by flipping a coin.
From the Associated Press
November 2, 2007
RICHMOND, Va. -- A judge who ordered a woman to drop her pants and decided a custody dispute by flipping a coin was removed from the bench by the Virginia Supreme Court on Friday."

I will have to ask them about this when I get back. I have done presentations for them.
I am going iinto discussions with them to help form a beekeeper club in Broward County.
