Just split a hive, not sure what I need to do now!

Yes, the opportunity to split has gone by when you first saw the cells.  Now I would wait like others have suggested.  I am not particularly fond of culling cells either, especially when you are a newbie.  I feel the bees are smarter than I when picking out the right one.
